On July 19, 2012 SCA acquired the Georgia-Pacific EMEA business. The acquisition includes Georgia-Pacific’s consumer paper products, personal care and away-from-home tissue businesses, as well as manufacturing assets across Europe, including leading consumer brands, private label products and Away-From-Home products.
